Dr. Aleksandra Plazinic is an Executive Communications Coach, Trainer, Keynote Speaker, and University Lecturer vast international professional experience. She holds a Ph.D. , two master’s degrees, and multiple advanced certifications, and has worked extensively across international organizations, including the European Commission and the United Nations, as well as in business consultancy and academic environments.
Aleksandra has supported professionals and leaders from around the world—from the United States and Europe to India and South Africa—in overcoming fear of public speaking, strengthening communication skills, delivering impactful presentations, building self-confidence, and advancing their careers with clarity and authority.
In her coaching and training work, Dr. Plazinic integrates the latest neuroscience research, human psychology, mindfulness, and evidence-based communication methods. Her holistic yet practical approach helps ambitious professionals and leaders elevate their presence, influence, and effectiveness—while achieving both professional success and personal fulfillment.

She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the United Nations University for Peace, European Center for Peace and Development, and has previously lectured at SAE Institute and Middlesex University in Brussels, Belgium.
