REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Coaching & Consulting Services

Once a coaching or consulting session has been delivered (online or in person), no refunds are provided.

If you purchase a coaching package, you may cancel unused sessions with 7 days’ written notice, but completed sessions are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products & Online Courses

Under EU law, digital products delivered immediately are not eligible for a 14-day withdrawal period if the customer agrees to immediate access.

By purchasing digital products or online courses, you acknowledge that:

•        access is provided immediately

•        the withdrawal right is waived

•        refunds are not available after access is granted

3. Technical Issues

If you cannot access a digital product due to a technical error on our side, we will:

•        restore access, or

•        provide a replacement file

Refunds are only issued if the issue cannot be resolved.
